Pathos Trio, nominated in the 1st Round Ballot Voting for the 2023 GRAMMYS, is presented by Tribeca New Music in Best in Score 2023, along with special guest artists pianist Adrian Zaragoza and percussionist Glenn Choe. This concert spotlights the music of Juilliard phenom Liam Cummins, who won first prize in the TNM 2023 Young Composer Competition, along with recent works by composers Ian Chang, Will Healy, Finola Merivale, Clara Warnaar, and Alyssa Weinberg for an evening of exciting virtuoso percussion, piano, and electronics. “The Pathos Trio has elevated themselves into those elite ranks alongside Yarn/Wire, Sō Percussion, Tigue, Iktus and Ensemble Et Al.” —New York Music Dail
